| I upgraded my injectors to the Nismo 615cc. I replaced the stock injectors and upgraded the eprom. Largely things are fine but it appears I'm in safety boost (only boosting to 6psi). I am running the colder burning plugs. I have not replaced the fuel filter yet but if that does not work I will try to retard the timing to see if I cannot get the car to boost back to the expected 13.5 psi. My question is; is it common to run into these sorts of issues when going from stock injectors to after market higher performance ones? Is there something I could have overlooked in the process? The car actually sat for a year during the time the injectors were going to be replaced. I also wonder if the fuel being that old and also containing injector cleaner from before I started this upgrade, could be causing detonation. Perhaps I could put in some octane booster. Is my logic/approach good thus far? Thanks!
